5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawnatics is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:

  • Email us photos of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery to support@pawnatics.com
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Pawnatics is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing
  • Check with neighbors or household members, then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • We will provide tracking information to assist, but refunds cannot be issued for successfully delivered packages
